Listeners brand-new to Gurdonark's work would do well to read the excellent description provided- those of us who are more familiar with Gurdonark take pleasure in reading his descriptions, as often the ideas expressed in words enhance appreciation of the musical ones. The concept behind the album is remarkable, and Gurdonark doesn't fail to deliver- each track is exactly as long as it should be, and never pretends to be either more or less than what it is. A delicate balance between purity and creativity; there is the same combination of tension, and serenity that might be found watching raindrops fall and bead on a spider's web.
