Tja, also ich wollte mir mal richtig pushenden hiphop geben und gucken was von der insel rüberkommt aber musste feststellen das alle songs total weichgespült sind.
Well it's "promo" in the name so I won't be sweet ;) - This is overmixed. That guys do not know where they "belong to" and so you can not truthfully listen to the album. It's a pitty because from time to time you hear things between all that trashed audio-noise that sounds promising in many ways.
Anyway in times even crazy kids can handle a mixer this does not convince me of that karhu will evolve. But I'm not stupid, let's see what is following. Maybe they will find their path through the sorrowfull depth of electronic music. I already lost a friend there deep down under all the bytes....
If you're after filtered electronic music with some spicy, acid floors added, you should try moonface by likantropika.
I have not listened to their other many releases on jamendo right now but those are already added to my bittorent queue right the minute I'm writing my small review.
Even if it's not my most favorite kind of music, I have to say, this piece is simply well done. Thanks for sharing! And probably if I listen more often to it, I'll get used to it ;)
(The audio quality of this recording is really very well.)
Plus des choses avec Benito svp!!!! More with Benito please!!!! Mehr mit Benito bitte!
"Days to come" was not promising wrong things: "Day by Day" is a great successor of Zero Vs One first release on Jamendo, not being only consistent in the naming.
The clear structure of his beats and electronic vibes puts a highly danceable, a quite trancy but still simplistic mixture on the floor. Great Electronica! Track #3, Electroshock Blues, I do not like that much, maybe it's too deep for me, but with every album you've got songs you like more than others.
Great for having another release available!
I like it. If you like music with spanish lyrics that tends to be rock/punkrock without being trashy, go ahead!
Another nice release here on Jamendo - what to say? Just a great release with a very well balanced electronical mood in connection to the "analogue" voice of this artist. Touching lyrics as well as nice flowing melodies and descrete beats. If you like DN, you'll like this release I guess, just a great peace!
Another example that virtual Instruments get better these days and the overall production quality increases with Computers but that ain't all. Not more to say.
