Well I never, you french folks are good at this for sure. This (I hope this does not offend) reminds me of DJ Vadim, but not so much that it is identical at all, this is in my humble but honest opinion very good stylish Trip hop with a touch of originality - if ya like Vadim and the instrumental stuff of Tribe Called Quest type stuff I reckon you'll like this. I like the staircase cover too! well done Crashtesttaurus, mission successful.
Firstly let me say that I dont usually do this sort of thing and this is not my usual cup of tea and to be honest, I got it for my fiance, I usually listen/like well produced hip/trip hop, drum n' bass and Jazz, mainly modern. This music is wonderful, it is beautifully played and in places it moved me to tears, it made me think of all the people and things I love and move me in this world. I hope this doesnt sound too stoopid and sloppy, but who cares if it does. If you want to hear someone/something rather special, put your feet up and hear this! If you are disappointed see a doctor because there must be something wrong with you (only my opinion). Wim Mertens and Philip glass spring to mind, I may be wrong but again who cares :) I dont know what else to say other than this is proper,phew and WOW!
