Hi, my name is Tomislav Ocvirek and I'm an independent artist, music producer and composer from Zagreb, the capitol of Croatia. I'm active in music production since 1992. I work as a stand alone composer, arranger and electronic music producer. I have composed and recorded numerous instrumental compositions during the years, including those that was used as sound-tracks for TV production, DVDs and music albums. I have also collaborated with various musicians as a producer, composer and keyboarder including rock group "Faust", new age ensemble "Ocean of Bliss" and pop-fusion group "Senzar". I've played various musical genres, including pop, rock, hip-hop, new age, fusion, jazz and contemporary music, but electronic music is direction that I was always tending to go to.

I always tend to create recognizable easy listening style with spacious multi layered arrangement, expressive harmonization, distinctive melody line, polyrhythmic beats and occasionally jazz influenced solos. On one side, my style is strongly influenced with almost predictable electronic music progressions and on the other side, there are elements of surpirse, improvistaion and unexpectable harmonic turns. I like to combine complementary musical motifs bolded with fat synth-pad and rhythmic patterns, based on solid electronic sound architecture. To be more precise, there are actually two main musical directions in which I'm developing my sound and production. First direction is blend of electronic, ambiental, contemporary and new age music, such as music album "Ephemeris". Second direction is blend of smooth jazz *, rhythmic fusion with funky elements and jazz licks and catchy improvisations on Piano, Hammond, Moog or Fender Rhodes.
