What would you get if you put together Jacques Brel and Billy Holiday? Bar Stim.Art, of course!

As the man says, "Prennez un long drink", sit back and enjoy!

It's hard to classify this album - Prog Rock? Indie? New Age? Latin? It has elements of all of these.

The songs are tight, tuneful and interesting. The musicianship is superb.

Being honest, it took me a couple of listens fully to appreciate Sikior - but the effort was worth it.

Gram Parsons, CSNY, Counting Crows, New Riders of The Purple Sage and The Band - Slim reminds me of all these groups, but manages at the same time to have a unique rock sound.

This man should be rich and famous.

A "Maya De Luna" album is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you'll find.......ok, so I've misquoted "Forrest Gump", but the principle is true: I've heard music from this group which reminds me of the 60's and 70's, ans some sweet jazz. This time we have effective and subtle combinations which add a touch of World to the mix. "Ecris moi", "Casamance" and "L'Homme" are the tracks which stand out.

Nice cover, too - sort of Betty Boop meets Fay Wray in King Kong (that's something else - all of the album covers are cool, retro and witty).

Well worth a download!

I have played this album - and Planete Petite - ever since I downloaded them.

Clever music and lyrics, played and sung beautifully.

Well worth a download.

This excellent album makes me think of many, many 60's groups - but it is so original that I cannot compare it with any of them except, perhaps The Kinks. Technically perfect musically, with the lyricism of a French Ray Davies.

Merci pour avoir cree cette musique et cette album. Comme minette88, je veux bien que vous le refaissez (? That you re-make it) mais avec encore plus des chansons.

Memes les anglais peuvent apprecier votre musique - mais avoir les paroles sera genial aussi!
Merci.

This group reminds me of Split Enz at their best - an incredible mix of musical styles and instruments; humourous and thought-provoking lyrics; tunes you can whistle. All in all, I would recommend this group to anyone and look forward to hearing more of their work.
