R6.3zist - Liquid Fear

Liquid Fear

Excellent power noise, in fact some of my favorite stuff in this genre, commercial or otherwise. The first two tracks ("Industrial Monster Madness" & "Queen Panic") are probably my two favorite tracks, but the rest are good too. If you like hard-hitting, dance-oriented power noise along the lines of Asche or S.A.M, you should definitely check this out.

More great dark electronic from one of my favorite jamendo artists. Like the previous work also available here, this has a great blend of dark ambience & other electronic elements. I think this guy is France's answer to Empusae.

Well, I'm no expert on this genre, nor am I a great wordsmith, so I'll keep this short & sweet. I thought this was an original take on drum & bass-type stuff, and truly enjoyed it. Lots of cool sounds, manages to keep things interesting- which isn't always true of this genre for me. Good stuff!

A.n.K.h // - PRETIUM DOLORIS ...

Leaning heavily towards the dark ambient side of things, but also containing lots of rhythmic industrial elements. I could easily see this stuff in the soundtrack to a dark sci-fi or horror film. At 19 tracks, totalling over an hour of music, one might expect lots of filler, but I wouldn't describe any of this as such. Of course opinions will vary, but I for one really enjoyed it.

Overall, I think fans of darker electronic music of many sorts would enjoy this work. Standout tracks for me include "Cyberalx", "See under water", and "Scare".
