Sehr experimentierfreudiges werk...Hut ab!
Ja,klar wie auf fast jeder CD kann mir nicht alles gefallen...aber fast jedes teil
hat mir hier gut gefallen!
Ich behalte PearlPlex in zukunft auf jedenfall im Auge!

j'adore les allemands

C'est fou comme les allemands ont une maturité sur les "sons froids" de l'electro. En voici encore un exemple qui rappelle un peu les trips à la Aphex Twin et Sven Vath réunis tant dans l'univers tordu des mélodies de synthés qui s'entrecroisent et se touchent avec une étonnante douceur dissonante et le traitement tellement bon du son et des rythmes. merci !!! encore !!! encore !!!

Mir gefällt downstairs wirklich gut, hatte heute sogar einen Ohrwurm davon ;)

Als ich das Album zum ersten Mal nach einer langen Nacht morgens in Bus/Bahn gehört habe erschien es mir zu langsam. Mir hat irgendwie der Pep gefehlt. Mir würde ein Breakcore Remix Album bestimmt gefallen ;)

Nunja, irgendwann ist mir Electro Maniac Part 1/? dann doch nochmal in die Playlist geraten und da haben sich dann gewisse Sympathien für Stücke wie 'downstairs', 'always alone part 3' oder 'the house is burning part 1' entwickelt.

Bin mal gespannt, wie es weitergeht und freue mich auf die nächsten Erscheinungen.

Prinzipiell ist das Album gut gemacht, was mir etwas fehlt ist irgendwie 'Soul' dahinter.

Es mag echt ein subjektiver Eindruck sein, aber ich fühle nichts, wenn ich die Musik höre.

Ich wette aber, mit etwas weniger belanglosen Texten und etwas mehr Liebe könnte da echt noch gut was gehen.

Potential ist auf jeden Fall da.

Es sollte wohl Big- oder BreakBeat werden und manchmal sind die Ideen auch ganz nett -- was leider nichts nützt, wenn die Ausführung derart hölzern daher kommt. Die Beats haben keinen Flow, sondern erinnern an Volks- oder Marschmusik, die Synths dudeln dazu belanglose Loops. Immerhin setzt sich die Ansage nur selten fort.
Ich bin mir bis jetzt nicht sicher, ob dieses Album tatsächlich ernst genommen werden will. Sollte es nicht ironisch gemeint sein -- lache ich trotzdem.

I must say, that this is not the music I usually listen to, but nonetheless, I like it. It's conventional electro/techno in the german tradition, as I get it.

I have to say, I don't like the first song, as it strikes me to try to be cool, but it doesn't quite get the job done. I think it's the vocals. The album'd have been better of without them.

So if you like electronic music, I can suggest this album (perhaps minus track one) as a good background for your next party!

Da mir das Genre ansonsten eher fremd ist und ich wenig mit theoretischen Betrachtungen anfangen kann:

- einfach gut hörbar, teilweise wirklich genial ;)

Sehr schön gelungenes Cover, auch wenn mich die Schriftart des Albumtitels eher an Enya denken lässt als an electro ...
