much as i hate to resort to ad hominem, a lot of this does sound like it was done with a copy of eJay. there's no layering or postprocessing to any of the tracks - it's simplistic and definitely not of professional quality. if that was intentional, it in no way sounds like it; if not, i can forgive it as a first attempt on low-budget software.
on the more positive side, the guy's tried hard to give us some variety, although his track naming and cover art leave a little to be desired. maybe this could go somewhere given a decent suite of music tools, maybe not - as a professional album, Croisade Elektronik is abysmal, but as a demonstration of potential, it's not bad. someone get Knight Sounder an actual deck and several months of good old-fashioned practice, and we'll see how it goes.
