Three years in the making, Dreamfield is a journey through two different dreams that I feel were possibly of heaven.  Or maybe better noted, glimpses of heaven?

Being severely moved by these two possible glimpses of a place beyond my imagination, I began to record and produce music in an attempt to articulate the experiences within these dreams.  The result is a recording that I feel is my best album to date!

Filled with sweeping, lush keyboards and soaring electric and sometimes peaceful acoustic guitar one can’t help  being  drawn into the awe and wonder of what heaven might be like.  This is a recording you do not want to miss and I appreciate your interest and support!!!

First, I have to say that " A Place Called Home " of Ken Verheecke is a MASTERPIECE of "new age" acoustic guitar:

- The fantastic work of a VISIONARY ACOUSTIC guitarist, in the enormous complexity that represents to unify a serious album based on an only instrument.

For me, this new work of Ken Verheecke is dissapointing.

... Dissapointing because when I see a true artist, I expect for the best of him. And IMHO, "Dreamfield" is not:

- The production of the album is debatable. The instrumentation is decaffeinated, insipid. The magic of Ken Verheecke only appears in a pair of acoustic songs, although immersed in the context of a much more insubstantial album.

Perhaps "Dreamfield" can obtain more downloads ( or not... ) than " A Place Called Home", but also it is a much more trivial work.

This one is not a bad album. But I hope much more from Ken Verheecke.

...That MAGICAL acoustic guitar...
