LA LIMONCELLO nace en el mes de setiembre de 2008, a raíz de una antigua banda "Hierbabuena" en la cual ya participaban Oliver, Ferry, Juanca y Gabi.
Es a partir que conocen a Diego (Mamamilotas) que se decide crear un proyecto potente y energético, que junto a la incorporación de Flores y Arnau le dan el nombre de LA LIMONCELLO.
La idea musical de la banda era clara, LA LIMONCELLO debía ser un barco que recorriera aguas del mestizaje, un mestizaje menos convencional. Así, des del reggae, ska y el punk hasta el rock, disco y el hip hop, este barco viaja por el mundo del mestizaje, con la mente muy abierta, divulgando mensajes filosóficos, que se centran en el existencionalismo del ser, la realidad que nos rodea, sin olvidar en el marco social en el que vivimos.
Todo esto se contrasta con la música explosiva y eléctrica, que llega a cualquier tipo de público alternativo, y que hace de LA LIMONCELLO una banda con una identidad bien definida.
La banda cuenta con la producción de Hernán "Lucky" (CHE SUDAKA, MAMAMILOTAS, LA KINKY BEAT).
LA LIMONCELLO ha grabado su primer disco, "Prolijo", producido por Chalart58 (RADIO BEMBA, LA KINKY BEAT) y Hernán "Lucky". También ha puesto sus teclados en el nuevo disco de La Pegatina, Via Mandarina.
Poco a poco, LA LIMONCELLO va dejando huella en cada escenario que pisa, y pisando va haciendo más ruido, por su largo camino que le espera...Tres puertas, dos llaves y ningún lugar.

LA LIMONCELLO born in September 2008, following an ancient band "Hierbabuena" in which Oliver had been involved, Ferry, and mavians Gabi.
It is starting to know Diego (Mamamilotas) who decides to create a powerful energy, which together with the addition of Flores and Arnau give the name of LA LIMONCELLO.
The idea of banda music was clear, LA LIMONCELLO should be a boat to travel the waters of the mixture, mixing a less conventional. Thus, from reggae, ska and punk to rock, disco and hip hop, this ship travels the world of fusion, with the open mind, disseminating philosophical messages, which focus on existencionalism being, the reality around us, including the social context in which we live.
All this contrasts with the music and explosive power, which comes to any kind of alternative public and makes a LA LIMONCELLO a band with a well defined identity.
The band has production Hernán "Lucky" (CHE SUDAKA, MAMAMILOTAS, LA KINKY BEAT).
LA LIMONCELLO has recorded his first album, "PROLIJO", produced by Chalart58 (RADIO BEMBA, LA KINKY BEAT) and Hernan "Lucky." It has also put their keyboards on the new album from La Pegatina, Via Mandarina.
