American melancholy in the saddle of a british pop-hack.

That could be all words needed to characterise the music of Bronco. With the well approved cast of drums, bass, two guitars and two voices, this band with a preference for horse-images melts together fragments of postrock, pop and TexMex-sound to create a wafting and dusty blast wave. Sometimes cuddly, sometimes at full throttle, still always present and with nodding feet Bronco slams the public in front of the stage or on the couch at home in the face with a definition of guitar music that quotes but never imitates. Influences change by the day, but VELVET UNDERGROUND, SLINT, MADRUGADA, EMMERHOFF, CALEXICO and some strange R&B legends are up there at present.
