The Story So Far
3 boys are living in an apartment. They´re young, without ambitions. One fine day an indolecent & promiscuous little girl moves in, staying overnight on the couch. Quickly, the four of them agree that the most rational thing to do, is to form a rock´n´roll-group called Emily and The Orgasm Addicts.
Yes, the name of the young lady is Emily, and in her blue veins under her pale skin, flows true irish blood. Soon it is clear, that all of the establisment´s expectations & possibilities has to stand down in favour, for the quartette´s need to transform their disillusioned danish everyday-drinking-life into a regular punkrock-pastiche.
They rehearse in the livingroom on old amplifiers, and record demoes on broken tape-recorders. The quartette turns into a quintette, when Emily´s friend Thea is invited to come over and play tambourine and sleep on the couch. The songs are short. They mostly deal with topics such as sex, defiance and rubbish.
Everything is left to chance, when Emily and The Orgasm Addicts enter the stage. Like a proffesional rock´n´roll-demolition squad, armed with distorted bass, surfguitar, cowbell and bassdrum on all fourths, and a general absence of proper songwriting, they´re loading up for the great explosion, with Emily´s cutting teenage-tongue as the detonator.
