Da Mind is a strange, unfathomable place to be a part of, even to the smallest degree. Interesting mix of noises. The second track has all the pace of not being able to get to sleep, that angst so mild and yet so disproportionately disturbing and unsettling. The lack of it causes madness, so the concern is well founded. Yet another interesting use of sounds and structures. Mamma Dark is a slipping into the revolving downward spiral to lunacy. Dark indeed, with a tinge of jazz in anguish.
No Future, a magnaminous siesta from the crazy scratching of the convolutions of da mind. Luscious darkness for its second half, nice manipulation. No Dreams is mellow by comparison and almost quaint for the change in tone. Nice proof of a diverse skill in creativity. The Last Jazz starts with a beautiful intonation, quite a journey in such a small amount of time. A magnificent track, well appreciated by me. Overall, a pretty amazing little album of an eclectic talent.
