Many times we get cool experimental music in Jamendo- after all, wouldn't you want music to explore, pioneer into new areas?- this does - no where is written all submitters must be a kind of idealised rock to fit everyone's ideals.
This stuff is unique and moody. I dig
mood guitar mix- artistic. dig it! yeah!
I happen to totally dig this type of experimentation into realms the 'popular world' ignores - here is harsh beauty - makes me wonder if humans force robots to feel emotions, that the lesson here is; how do we embrace that?
Very cool cerebral sonics for humans and humanoid robots, experimental 'new musics' and space age intro/retro-spectives
I think the synth on the (cool)cover pic is the main instrument used here, is it true?
Very tight clean thoughtful music. Well made, nice recording and tones, great melodies, emotionally moving.
Great to find work like this!(Yes- 4th track absolutly rocks!)

C'mon folks - loosen it - not all music has to conform to some popular ideal of pro -studio perfection.
Listen to this sideways.
Think Charles Ives, Beefheart, the Residents - and then forget 'em - because this stuff is beyond all that. The rewards of 'difficult' listening reach into the dark crevices of the imagination.
*sigh* this kind of music is misunderstood by many, but treasured by a few who can feel it.
Unique. Unexpected. Brilliant. Love it.
Experi-Mental. Emphasis on "mental".
Several brief works like reading panels in an underground comic book. Deconstructivism, industrial sound form this musical junkscape.
Do not expect "normal" music by any stretch.
Honestly, sounds like a roomful of stoner heads being foolish just for fun. But, "it is what it is".
An inadverdent social commentary. Intentional?
The distortion sounds are barely listenable.
I will reccoment this to my friends at the Hawaii Underground Music Society (@myspace)
(lo ciento, yo no save' Espanole- pardona mi!)Tres uber cool retro punk/rock vibrations-
yeah baby! Dig it!
Art cover es killer
guitars are hot, and drums and bass
vocals con personality - Bien!
Mala Racha para siempre!

how is it Brad- your "Making Me Nervous" is the Demo song on SO many looper programs, Reaper, Sonar, etc... how did get in the "biz" so deep--
folks- this man knows stuff- the rest of wish we could find.
rock on Brad!
Sweet changes. Interest level is generously high varient. Beautifully themed work. Although a "one track album" - but for what it is, it is produced at top level.
yeah!
This band blows minds.
for years I always wondered what happened -- there should be bands who can play psychedelic progressive jams.
Rise Block is able to bring the far reaching moods back!
Shades of early King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Genesis-- but even more of originality - dark and very cool!
-recorded in the room - so what...?
Of course this is live recording- that's awesome
(Because so many musics in Jamendo could never be done "live" - RISE BLOCK LIVE!! very underground.
sweeet!
Live is Live- BUT =) a studio recording by Rise Block would also great to listen to!
I love the spirit of the music!
