Now this seems like the real album for the upcoming autumn. The production is carefully ontrolled and the voice is strong, yet sensetive!
A very fine album, with some haunting vocals!
I don´t get the words, but the music is crafted---
The songwriting is very good and I love that female voice...
Very nice music!
I´m always into acoustic guitars, so there´s a lot to like in here...
:)
The sound is great and the voice sounds very earthy.
It´s a not too polished production, but with interesting arrangement ideas around!
"Alone" is an instant Indiepop classic; very groovy and haunting...
Right, the voice isn´t always in pitch....
It could be useful to re- record some vocals to show the whole potential of these songs...
Nevertheless:
A nice album!
Some tricky arrangements in the opener, not what you´d obviously expect by the word "Folk". Alright, it´s Indie so it´s fitting!
:)
Yeah, he has got a great voice and always finds a decent tune to sing!
"Modern life" ownes some pop appeal and reminds me of the better days of Nick Heyward and ...
I like the strumming guitars on "Dance"....
An overall nice production!
