Hey, nice riff in "into the mouth of devil".
The music is great, I like it very much. Especially this heavy guitars. But unfortunately I can't understand what you're singing about, but the vocal is nice too. Greets!
Assuming it's your first album - nice! I like the stone riff from "Not under my control" - it reminds me of Kyuss. You need to work a lot to improve your music, but at the beginning of a career it's good enough. Good luck!
Once I got on my email account to see whether anything new arrived, I noticed Jamendo newsletter. They said that Rein produced a new album, in a moment I reminded Rein as a band which I like very much for releasing a few tracks lately (EST! album to be precise). So I immediately started download, with a smile...
Then I began to listen... First track didn't attract me, so I skipped to another, and another... and nothing got better. The soul of Rein which I expected flew away! The songs on this full album lack something that made this band's characteristic! Trying to compare the song 'Est' from Occidente and from 'EST!' - I think something is wrong with the new version, the atmosphere is poor.
Where is the folk? Oh... I don't hear it here.
Sorry for wasting time and space, but after two plays of the whole new material I feel misled. I wanted the old Rein, the old sound and the old art. Maybe the 10th or further listening will bring more positive emotions, but for now I prefer 'EST!' as for the true Rein.
I wish the band a lot of luck and success in their career. You have the potential! Use it wisely :)
Very good album played in oldschool way. Interesting guitars and nice vocals. In general it doesn't remind me of any other band I heard, NoCreeps has its own style. Something I don't like is "Intro" - I think it is boring and unnecessary, to be polite.
My favorite song on the album is "What Have You Done", for me a masterpiece. Other songs that deserve praise are: "Fallen Star" , "Suicide Man" and "Delirium". The songs I omitted are also good. Every track is somehow interesting and I don't skip any while listening to 'Time To Differ'.
The ending of "R.I.P" has echoes of Paradise Lost, and "It's up to you" has riffs similar to something from Maiden's "Powerslave".
To sum up, this album is for sure better than thousand of lousy albums put up for sale.
Good luck.
This music is something I like amongst rock genre. Nice sound and compositions.
