Not too bad
Oh fuck. This is annoying. Typical MTV rap with eastern instrumental loops, probably taken from some sampling site.
What I dislike the most about music like this is that they sound like they're trying too hard, it isn't honest.
Also, the dude that starts rapping at 2:28 in the first song is pretty silly, sounds like he has something stuck in his throat or is a cartoon character.
Just bad music overall.
Standard radio music for 40+ year olds. None of that is necessarily bad, it's just that the music is so completely unremarkable I can't find a better description.
I suggest putting more emotion and basically make the song more varied. They all sound almost exactly the same.
It's obviously not ready. The guitars often go offbeat, the drum-machine sometimes does these weird rythms that doesn't fit at all and only creates emptiness in the sound, and the vocalist has no idea what he's doing. Literally, he has no idea what the hell he's doing. He's not following the music at all, and the fact that the voice is mixed the highest of all instruments doesn't help. But thankfully, he's only heard in the first song.
Either way, even with these flaws out of the way, the music isn't really spectacular. Mostly just chords repeated over and over again, quite simple but without being very charming. The closest song to possibly receive something higher than 2.5 is hey hey hey (terrible name) because the layered instruments work well with the otherwise completely unspectacular chords.
Basically, two boring grunge songs sandwiching an enjoyable instrumental song, the only song really worth anything. If hey hey hey was a single, I'd give it 2-3 stars, but with these other two bedroom band abominations, I'll have to give this 1,5 stars.
You can do better.
Sounds like a bastard blend of funk and psychadelia without actually being that much enjoyable. I could very well believe if the person/s behind this just downloaded a sample and recorded a voice with their crap tablemic over it.
1 and a half star for being interesting. I don't hate it. Strange stuff.
The title says it all.
Hahaha
Music for late 90's spanish soap opera. terrible.
Either you release the full songs or you don't, everything inbetween is just lame. I'm sure everyone would much rather have a promo of 1-2 songs instead of short samples of all of them.
Nothing new here, just standard rock & roll, made for rock & roll fans, probably made by some drunk friends having fun in a studio. If that's a bad thing just depends on the person.
One thing however.. I don't like how the vocals in the last 2 tracks are higher in the mix than the rest of the instruments, destroys the atmosphere.
I hope your next release will be a bit less generic. :)
