Blew me away! Exactly my kind of music, thank you so much!
Nice tracks! keep 'em coming, pal!
Post-Grunge rather than post-rock, I guess you bring an aura of solemnity to the genre which has been absent for very long.
Bravo!
Nice ambience, good melodies, thnx
Passion and Respect are my favorites, of course ;D
- just wonderful. Most of the album has a creepy atmosphere, which I enjoy a lot.
A musician's album, a nice trip, too.
Great work.
Tracks 1 & 3 are great, esp 3. Not so crazy about Track 2, or not in between anyway. Loved the atmosphere and the intensity, congratulations!
It expresses your intentions very nicely, congrats.
My favorite track is the first, "The Cliff..." Great sounds and touching melody.
My favorite track is number 4 - as a single I'd leave the first 4 or 5 minutes.
Very inspired, intense, similar to Fripp's Projeckts in many places - it's the kind of music I'm looking for, thank you! the whole album makes a fit unit so you don't want to stop until the very end.
Black Spring started in 1989 at college; Reinhardt Schulz & Rodolfo Barbaste on guitar, Carlos Jerez on drums, Jorge Díaz on keyboards and various bass players and singers. The aim was to play Floyd, Zappa & Krimson covers and develop our own style of progressive & psychedelic rock. In 1991 Barbaste left the band & the first trio was formed with "Monsieur" on bass. In 1993 Schulz & Jerez formed a new band called The Argonauts, which lasted for less than 2 years. Black Spring was re-born in 2000 as a trio with Schulz, Jerez & Barbaste, and in 2002 the third and current trio formation was born with Schulz, Jerez & Jorge Silva on bass.
