BertycoX - Broken Piano

Broken Piano

29/10/09

I particularly enjoy the Falling Stars - this certainly is one hell of an upbeat track, with a fantastic pace to it, and the unforgettable tune. Well done, indeed.

Wchodzi jak wiśniowy sok mojej mamy :), którym popijam kanapkę z moim pierońsko kwaśnym dżemem z mirabelek - no takie coś to ja lubię.

I didn't think Sebastian could surpass his best output... so I am happy to announce I was utterly wrong. I am not saying all the tracks vibrate in me with the same soulful response - that would be impossible, for once because this is the begining of my experiencing the album, and who knows what happens next:), and secondly - this is a simple case of some tracks being so fine, and others... even better.
The opening New Day does introduce something new, and I like its underling roughness (slightly rephrasing the jamendo user ctrinity - salute to you). Allora, I wish I could write some more, but am to busy with the New Day which, having listened to the entire album once, I set to 'repeat'. It's so good. What is it - the atmosphere of searching, if a little disturbed?

Adult Only - Sensoria

Adult Only

Sensoria

20/07/09

Oh, I do love the unhurried landscaping of this track, and although it does give away traces of previous masterpieces by Adult Only - that is by all means ok. It's so good it takes well over 8 minutes to fully unravel - yum!

I am charmed.
Right now I'm helping myself to 'The ritual' - the overwhelming longing sensation is real to the point of pain.
Now I've jumped back to 'Mind's eye' and the feeling lingers, though with a touch of warmth and joy to it.
'Sanctum' is a delicate thing and I try not to move when the music pours into my ears - not to break the charm.
'Inner realm' introduces a bit of anxiety and bitterness, and 'Vision' creates an open space where everything is possible, or nothing, if you wish to simply sit back and enjoy the view.
The closing 'Serenity' truly brings peace - I imagine myself in an orchard of trees in bloom, the sun struggling through the petals, light breeze bending the blades of grass, and scents filling my nostrills as I watch my family and friends playing in the distance and waving at me to join them...

In a nutshell - I've been playing 'Jazzy fou', and to be honest only this track from the album, for a few days now and am positively tuned thanks to it. I admire the sense of humour. My 6-year-old daughter asked me what language it is, and I replied that (unless I am mistaken) it is the kind of language that only her 1-year-old sister would truly appreciate :). It is darn funny.
Thanks for the positive vibrations.

I've had the pleasure of knowing 'Dignity' for a few months now and have been anxiously anticipating other tracks from the forthcoming album. Finally my waiting is over and I am glad the tracks are... different from what I expected :). It trully is a 'Fully Equipped' set of musical works - from electronic prevalence here and there to the prominent bass or double bass to the flute and more. The imaginative and instrumental span is huge.
Thanks again for the uplift.

Chill Carrier - Awakening

Chill Carrier

Awakening

18/05/09

Travestying the 1st track - it does flow beautifully - the underlying bass is soothing, while the melodic piano takes me high up... And the 'road' continues through varied climates ('Beyond Space' is ligth... or should I say ethereal?; the 'Buena Vista' guitar - what a surprise) until I got to 'Eyes Closed' - the intro, unravelling, promises something, and that something is worth waiting for: the trance envades and holds until I realise that the universe is in my barn - and a barn like that I could do with :). The 'Druckveriust' that follows brings in a nice touch of disturbance, in turn followed by the hypnotic 'Moonrider'. The trance is interrupted by 'Sixteen'. And there looms the drive of the 'Floating Point'. The refreshing 'With You' verges on or possibly even is an invitation to hit the dance floor - be it in a club or home :).

And then the marvelous 'Dear Abyss' - I am lost for words here.

Finally, although it is nearly summer (at least in Poland:) the 'Winter Sunset' warns me of the inevitability of cold days coming - with fewer sunsets, true, yet when I get a chance to watch the orange ball setting, I know Mother Earth is a fantastic place to be...

Spellbound - that's how I feel. And can't wait to hear the album - good for me the single is enthralling so much that I am going to enjoy it for a very long time... hopefully until the album arrives at my hard drive :), and then, oh boy, am I going to be a happy camper :)

Zacząłem od ostatniego utworu, tj. Home in the Jungle... i utknąłem - doskonałe brzmienie, fantyastyczne budowanie klimatu i przemawiające do mnie nuty... Więcej, gdy uda mi się przesłuchać całość.
...
...
