i think 2, 3. 4, and 5 are the best overall, but ironically the others are recorded better, still musically 4 and 5 are quite memorable and most representative, while 7 is the most intriguing... and 1, alas, the most predictable!! 3 is outstanding but the recording is a little uneven both in loudness and reverb, although it sometimes feel that it was done so on purpose either for dramatic effect or to build atmosphere... but in atmosphere and recording 5 is almost unbeatable with its cinematically dramatic quality... 6 is very folksy and uplifting, yet it also feels like an outsider both in atmosphere and feeling... yet it is 2 that seems to incorporate all the good qualities in a display of riches but ends abruptly and is not as musically evocative as 3 ... and now to come to think of it, i must say my review is a little confusing, but i guess i'm only thinking aloud.... still on further listens and comparisons, 4 has all it should take...
