A great work indeed blending reggae, dub and ska with elegant cuts and tempo switchings all wrapped around a quite colorful interpretation. Menuo trabajo tios, joer! :D
The whole work shows its growth in a very genuine way. I've particularly enjoyed "Keep Forgetting" and the overall interpretation.
I really liked this work! I find it not only remarkably well performed, but the way it can permeate my senses and embrace me with its enthusiasm is just uniquely radiant. Minimal. Optimist. Fresh. Necessary!
Once upon a time, somebody asked to a wise man:
BILL MOYERS: Do you ever have the sense of... being helped by hidden hands?
JOSEPH CAMPBELL: All the time. It is miraculous. I even have a superstition that has grown on me as a result of invisible hands coming all the time - namely, that if you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people who are in your field of bliss, and they open doors to you. I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.
In my humble opinion, this work helps you staying in that track :)
I really like how the whole work flows, it feels quite carefully crafted. Great album!
Complex yet organic. It resonates perfectly with some types of meditation. Very interesting work!
Ingeniously innocent. Captivating. A lovely album!
I'm not quite into electronica but really liked how Luo juggled and arranged those tempos making the pieces complex, attractive and appealing for the non connoisseur. Congrats!
Muy buen laburo loco!
Mis impresiones:
Intro:
I really like the idea and the message, but perhaps multiple overlapping speeches aren't necessarily "easy to listen"... luckily maybe that's the whole point, making you pay attention ;-)
Fin de siglo & Abuso Infantil:
Liked the lyrics and the interpretation in general. I'm not really used to the genre but I've enjoyed those dense drums in the background and the putrid guitars.
La respuesta & Esperanza:
The distorted vocals and the hiphop-ish pace worked really well in my ears.
Outro:
The gaps added an interesting sensation of anticipation and the naked acoustic strings near the end warmly wraped the whole idea.
Muy buen laburo Andrés!
Destaco:
