About #1:
Repetitive indeed. I like the instrument that starts at 01:20. I like the change of the main (omnipresent) instrument at 00:51 and at 02:17 and I like the change of the background texture/noise at 01:10
Some randomization/putting the track into a blender would make it pretty good I think.
The abrupt ending is no good (or is it supposed to loop?)
I think generally it's good to say that your tracks sound good instrument/effect-wise, but need more complex structure.

Attention: Opinion!
I liked Tokyo, the other two were less good in comparison, so let me say something about Tokyo:
I like the instruments which are being used until 0:48. They are kind of funky/fun/cute the "wave" which starts at 0:48 is unsuitably melancholic. So keeping the style on the fun side would have been good.
There is another problem with the track though: It's very monotone, the background is always the same, the foreground (the wave) is only one texture. More variation, especially in the background instruments would do wonders.
