la musique folk tradi accoustique . Ce sont des groupes comme vous qui la rendez ennivrante ,tournoyante , dansante,sentimentale, touchante, sincère ,festive.....intemporelle et humaine !de belles mélodies ,une belle instrumentation . Bravo et merci !

I like very much this album.
I don't think this is something out of standard celtic/folk scheme, but it is really well-done and well-played, there is some good ideas, nice not-so-classical vocals, really enjoyable tunes. Congratulations!

Trovo quest'album decisamente bello. Non sarà nulla di nuovo nell'ambito della musica celtica/folk ma trovo sia fatto e suonato bene, con buone idee dietro, una voce un po' diversa dal solito, melodie molto piacevoli. Complimenti!

Die Band Ceili Moss war mir auf anhieb sympatisch und die 'Exerpts from the 3 official CDs'
Lieder wie 'The foggy dew', 'The bee' und 'Lonesome man's dance' kann ich mir immer und immer wieder anhören.
Bei 'Leis lurrighan' kommt es schon vor, dass ich Gänsehaut bekomme.
Aber alle songs werden nochmals mit 'Ship of fools' getoppt und 10 Punkte sind von meiner Seite absolute Pflicht.

Auch, wenn ich mir wünschen würde, dass auf Jamendo noch mehr von Ceili Moss zu hören ist, tröste ich mich damit, dass auf der Band Homepage http://www.ceilimoss.be/eng.htm noch weitere Songs zu hören sind. Und wenn sie irgendwann in meiner Nähe auftreten, bin ich bestimmt dabei!

In ihren Videos kommen sie auch sehr sympatisch rüber. Eine Band, die man auf jedenfall im Auge behalten sollte!

En deux syllabes: j'a-dore
Je vous ai découvert par hasard dans un magasin celtique à Liège. J'étais déjà attirée par la musique celtique en tout genre et j'ai demandé au vendeur quoi me conseiller et il m'a vendu cet album. Après les traditionnelles ballades irlandaises, c'était le premier vrai album d'un groupe folk que j'écoutais. Quel voyage j'ai fait! Je suis partie en Flandres, en Ecosse, en Irlande... Un peu partout, et j'ai adoré! Du très bon folk, rehaussé par quelque chose d'unique, de personnel qui vous rend simplement bons. Un style particulier, à la croisée de plusieurs groupes célèbres, comme les Pogues et The Chieftains. Ca ne pouvait que marcher
J'aime particulièrement 'Portrait de Famille', 'Canon Ball' et 'Leis a lurrigan'

"The maid on the shore" is my favorit Song.

I verry nice music. I love lising thet whit my pipe and good tobacco, by the fireplace. Fine also leads the music on this car on long road.
I especially like a woman's voice on this album.
