Again, that word, that saving grace of a word... 'experimental', I love it. However, reading the preamble, it seems this music was compiled over several years. A lot happens in such a time-span, so I think that has to be part of any consideration of the music thus produced and presented, as an album. Is the tracklisting chronological?

It seems to be 'big beat' electronic 'dance' music, and this is where it gets confusing sometimes. I don't know if the effect gained was some technical aberration or not, whereas someone else might say something more useful. Either way this is strictly for people who like the repetition of 'big beat trance'. It might sound comparatively dull, but it had it's day like all genres do. Having said that, it's volume one of a set and in some places I think I can see a glimmer of hope. I could be wrong, I could be right but if you are a fan of that genre, you will love it.
