Desiderata is Lost Reverie's debut album, released on August 23 via the netlabel, Wise Owl Records. The record can be described as a thematic, or even conceptual album inspired by love relationships and related themes; like unrequited love, idealisation, heartbreak and so on. Emotions like longing, nostalgia and loneliness are as much a part of the recipe as is a weak glimpse of hope. Musically there's an emphasis on dynamics, texture and guitar-riffs and many influences can be found on the record like Post-rock, Progressive Rock/Metal and Ambient music.

this is by far an excellent production, being independent and (I guess) created by a single person. the themes are greatly expanded by those incredible guitar rhythms; evocative riffs and fast paced beat; complemented by some simple but efficient background melodies makes the album a real pleasure for those of us who love progressive rock. Exelente trabajo paisano, te deseo lo mejor en tus siguientes producciones.

Świetny album polecam zwłaszcza miłośnikom klimatów a la Mogwai. Słychać wpływy prog/post rocka; doskonale się tego słucha.
Polecam, to jeden z lepszych, jeśli nie najlepszy album jaki do tej pory przesłuchałem na jamendo.

An excellent progressive rock album full of ambient scapes, heavy guitar solos and symphonic rock passages (mellotron included). Very good production.
