This is pop-rock with very good melodies, a professional approach to recording and production (doesn't at all sound like a demo), influences that still are perceptible, but already well digested to give a personal sound.
My only remark would be that the singer's voice would gain from a little more assurance. You don't have to be Tom Jones or Nick Cave to be a good singer (someone quoted New Order, a good example of a guy who uses very well his limited vocal resources), but a bit more temper on vocals would give your songs an extra kick that would likely make it croos the gap between "nice" and "wow, well done!!!"
Cheers, keep up the good work.
