they are no gogol bordello, but definitely worth a click if you like this kind of music.
some songs sound more like irish folk than gypsy music, but it's still pretty good.

ich liebe diese art von musik. musik die bei mir IMMER auf offene ohren stößt. wer braucht hier noch große ambitionen, wenn man einfach spaß haben kann? die songs leben von fiddle und akkordeon sie geben dem gebräu aus balkan, polka und gypsy rhythmen einen unverkennbaren sound bei dem man nicht ruhig sitzen kann. gefällt mir außerordentlich gut. 10 sterne!!!!!

Das geht ins Bein, da kann man nicht ruhig sitzen bleiben. Fidel, Schifferklavier, ein paar gute Kumpels, ein Lagerfeuer und ein Kasten Bier.

Nichts für die Folk-Polizei - aber gut für die Party

Man muss schon ein wenig Humor haben, wenn man sich The Freak Fandango Orchestra anhören will. Denn diese hemmungse Mischung aus diversen trinkfreudigen Musikstilen ist nichts für die Folk-Polizei. Da wird Irish-Folk mit Country, Gypsy-Swing mit Polka und alles mit ner Menge Alkohol und Punkrock versetzt. Die Band aus Barcelona wirbt denn auch mit dem Slogan: move your ass, drink some beer, dance, jump... Ein wenig erinnert das von der Attitude an die Pogues oder an die Wallerts (Hummpa machts auch hier gewaltig, ist aber musikalisch wesentlich vielseitiger bei den Herren aus Barcelona).

Wszystko tu jest. Wiele gatunków, wiele instrumentów, wiele dźwięków. I wszystko doskonale się zazębia.
Ogólnie muzyka bardzo melodyjna w tradycyjnej, ludowej niemal formie (momentami przypomina The Pogues)

Me encanta este rollo gypsy-folk-irish! Canciones muy divertidas y animadas. El violín es genial! Me recuerdan a Emir Kusturica y a the Pogues.

Made Me laugh & Have A Good Time, Checking This Very Entertaining Album Out.

Now this was strange,fun, catchy,interesting, intriguing, made me laugh at some of the lyrics they sang about, and want to dance at times to this crazy, gypsy, Irish, folk songs. I can honestly say, never a dull moment had.
