Well, this is actually my first full-length album on Jamendo. It's natural continuation of  "Game of Live"  but this time orienting not only on our lives but on our beliefs and knowledge too. Much of that following loose conceptual line of one serpent  of which we all three wrote our own variants (plus pair of my instrumentals). So this is one more loose conceptual album where you get best expiriance by listening all tracks in sequence. If you burn this on cd leave no pause between tracks.

Giant THANK YOU to Mary Cross and Ivan for enormous generosity with their time and creativity. Without them this album as it is would not be possible.

Music really interesting / scheming which blends types and voices to transport us along a sound poem / ballet rather minimalist because essential. Voices are particularly well sung while sounds regulate or envelop in a subtle way in the point that transitions make very of course what gives a real unit in this sonic poem which I would see definitely in ballet, one day, can be... Thank you very much for the share Cvijaxo :)

Amazing and impressive, strange and beautiful. All is good. Very great!

First, you can hear the amazing and successful balance between the sounds of the music, voices and silence;the use of english language musicality in Ivan's voice, seemingly detached, the powerful singing of Mary Cross, spelling and seducing.
And that balance between sounds and/or silence expresses in a different way for each track:percussions and chords chasing each other on 'Shine',soft but danceable groove on 'Noah's Raven',bass-dotted lines of middle-east music mixed with contemporary Jazz piano on 'True Story',overstretched rhythmic patterns like an expanding beat on 'Serpent from the ground',romantic melody played by a string section on 'Rue Moriette'...and on most of these tracks, silence plays a role(but there's a lot of music, though!!!),except maybe on 'Insomniac',the most 'noisy' tune of the album.
Before reading the lyrics, that have a lot to do with Ancient Cultures,I had a Sci Fi feel, and I guess there's a will to "expand"that knowledge toward the Future, expand like the Universe is expanding, each particle getting away from each other, with more silence between,(it's a feeling I had,but I might be completely wrong!!)

What a lovely coincidence, from pagans to pagans, I cannot pass through this one without writing a review!

This fantastic trio makes a story-teller album taking the form of an electronic opera full of poetic sound experimentations.

The combination of Ivan speaking and Mary singing make a fantastic ensemble that reminds me a lot the Residents' Demons Dance Alone.

From chill-out styled melodies to noise experimentations, passing through jazz, and epic electronic orchestrations, Cvijaxo made here a sountrack at the height of the poetry. It would be perfect if there were just more voices.

This album should be accompanied with videos. I see lots of real and unreal landscapes, full of blue and red and a few of grass-like green and urban grey. In any case, the pictures are elegant.

Nice work, thanks for this oniric voyage throug that pagan poetry.

Martin Lulu.

... and call for truth.
C. at last gives us an LP to give us time to enter his musical and sounding universe.
And that does it, with the golden collaboration of Mary Cross and Ivan1984.
Funny thing happened meanwhile : the songs we already know seem different ! sounds like C. has remastered them.

And it sounds fantastically good !

Thanks for the work and share.
