I loved the minimalistic, piano with tempo setting percussion, improvisational sound of these cool jazzy pieces. Very nice, thought provoking, relaxing and enjoyable. This kind of music is a sort of sound poetry and is driven by moody emotions. It is great as a background sound to set a mood or just to sit and think.

Monumentale.

Si: monumentale, per quanto le improvvisazioni difettino proprio di ciò che meglio definisce i monumenti, un futuro ed un passato.La partitura per pianoforte di Piano Opus Session Five trasmette l'impressine di essere qualcosa di più grande di noi, mentre la ascoltiamo.Unica pecca,il monotono accompagnamento per batteria; GarageBand, vero'Se lo si scorporasse dal master, o se la si affidasse a un musicista in carne ed ossa, il risultato sarebbe più che pregevole.
Paradossalmente, le prime battute di "Un" mi hanno suggerito le stesse domande che homi ero posto la prima volta che in anni recenti avevo messu su un paio di nuovi lavori di Ennio Morricone appena usciti.Ma queste cose non le faceva già quando aveva trenta anni, quando ne aveva quaranta?Eppure,io non sono quaranta anni che ascolto e seguo Philippe LeBray e ..."tant pis pour moi": sarebbe stato tempo ben speso.

That makes you feel so relaxed, calm, yet gentle stirred, full filled by this album.
