John O'Hara and Somerville go together like peanut butter and chocolate, or, more accurately, beer and drinking it. He's absolutely thrilled to be doing SOS although he wishes the 88 ran closer to the Nave. He currently resides on the 88 bus line.

John really wants to be a professional musician, yet shamelessly insists on managing a call center. He records and plays all of the instruments on each of the the tracks he posts to this site. He's learning the mandolin and keyboard, loves harmony, non sequiter, and Shatner. A native Bostonain, he grew up in Jamaica Plain, lived in Allston for a couple of years, and quite happily makes his home in Somerville.

Simple et efficace.

Guitare et voix, la méthode est déjà ancienne mais a fait et continuera à faire ses preuves. Une belle voix, un beau son de guitare,..., mais je trouve finalement qu'il ne ressort pas grand chose, enfin c'est un avis personnel, concernant l'âme de cette musique. Il y a du potentiel au niveau émotionnel qui mériterait d'être exploité !
Néanmoins, cet album simple, est bon !
