SPANISH:
Dani Soengas y Joanthan Lago se juntan en febrero 2004 para hacer algunas versiones de metal. No es hasta mediados de 2005 cuando la banda toma el nombre de ¨Skydancer¨ y empiezan a tocar temas propios. Aun con sólo 2 músicos se graba la primera demo ¨Enfant Terrible¨, publicada en 2006. Gracias a un estilo tremendamente personal consiguió que fuera escuchada en toda la península.
El año siguiente se meten en los estudios ¨Mix-Plus¨ de Vigo para grabar el que sería su debut oficial ¨Pozo de Lágrimas¨ (Sto.Grial Records) que se publicaría en 2008 .Con un sonido oscuro y rápido, supuso la primera aparición de la banda en la prensa, que lo recibió con opiniones muy dispares y radicales. Es entonces cuando Bruno Pla entra en la banda. Al mismo tiempo que se realizan los conciertos de presentación de este álbum, se va componiendo y grabando el que finalmente sería su segundo LP.
Así en 2009 publican su siguiente obra “ Endorsed by Self-Destruction¨, a caballo entre el castellano y el inglés. Han optando por un estilo aun más oscuro y agresivo, donde se pueden ver muchos guiños al thrash y death metal melódico, consiguiendo la alabanza de público y crítica. Este mismo año se incorpora como bajista Cristian Durán.
Actualmente la banda se encuentra dando conciertos y grabando los temas del que será su siguiente trabajo.

ENGLISH:
Dani Soengas and Jonathan Lago get together in February of 2004 to make some metal covers. They didnt play their own songs until 2005, when the band assumes the name of ¨Skydancer¨. With only 2 musicians on their line up, they record the first demo ¨Enfant Terrible¨, released in 2006. With a very personal style it took the attention of Spanish listeners.
The next year both musicians decide to enter on Mix-Plus Studios (Vigo) to record their official debut ¨Pozo de Lágrimas¨(Sto.Grial Records), finally released on 2008. With their dark-speed metal style, this album was the first appearance of the band on the metal mainstream press. It was not a complete success. Some radical sectors didn’t approve the mixture of classic metal with dark lyrics and other elements from the dark styles. At this point their actual drummer, Bruno Pla, enters the band.
At the same time that the band is on the road, their second album was composed and recorded.
Then, in 2009 their second LP ¨Endorsed by self-destruction¨ was released. A self-produced and self-financed album, with the lyrics between English and Spanish. This second LP is even faster, darker, and aggressive than their debut, obtaining great reviews on the most important metal magazines. On this year their new bass player Cristian Duran enters the band.
Actually the band is touring again and recording songs for their next album.
