Unmorph is an independent solo project that has been evolving since March, 2008. Overall, the project covers several electronica genres, of which industrial, ambient and drum and bass are the main focuses. Some initial rock releases had gone out to the internet under the name of "Black FX" prior to the changing of name and genre.
The driving force beyond the project is a composer who desires to impregnate powerful feelings into the music, making it an expression of his own ideas. Thusly, the music is made in mind with an almost cinematic application - a soundtrack to life, or a catalyst for the inspiration of others. The sound that characterizes the most remarkable works can be described as being mainly melancholic/nostalgic, having a base of various pad strings along with numerous different piano sequences - or, a pounding bassline and the drum programming to fit.
The full discography has been released on the internet for free, with all the seven albums, featuring the evolution from crude initial sounds to complex compositions. Whilst not receiving any widespread recognition, reviews have been favourable amongst those who are into the genre - leading to apparitions on various private radio stations.
