C. Glen Williams learned to play guitar in a single summer in 1996. He played for a closed audience in 1996 and recorded his first EP in 1997, but it wasn't until 1999 that he played live for an event open to the public and recorded his first full-length album.
Glen's music ranges from rearrangments of traditional songs to new, original compositions. His comic songs such as "Wasted All This Time" and "True Romance Magazine" made him the darling of Blacksburg open mics, while his serious tunes including "Pickup Street" and the unrecorded "Copenhagen" have become favored requests wherever he appears with his guitar.
Glen has begun experimenting with self-production and home recording, and is expecting to release a new album soon.
