I downloaded this album a while ago, so I must have heard it before (only, quickly scanning through the tracks), because I only download albums I like. But listening to this album at the very moment, I ask myself why it took so long before I started listening to such an excellent album.
This really is a great sounding album. The voice reminds me of Chris Cornell sometimes. No further comments. Except this: when can we expect the successor? After all, this album is released 2 years ago.

Yea, guys, this album caught my attention from the very first minute! This is pure energy.
I'm not going to compare you guys with some "big" bands. I only know that I like it a lot and that's what counts for me.
Now get yourselves in Hyper-drive, and Dump some more of your music on Jamendo! pleeeez?

The cover of the album doesn't quite look as it sounds... luckily! I was curious by the fact that there was a guitar on the cover and one of the guys giving the horns. So this had to be something metalish. But apart from that, the cover looks a bit "silly".. But I am really glad that I listened to it, because this is one strong oldschool metal album and I love it!
Halfway the first song there is a strange twist with the hi-hat hit 4 times and then silence... to continue with some strong riffs.
More of this, guys! Please?

OK, it took a while to write this review. But then again, it took a while to get used to this song. To me, it is not as catchy as the other 2 songs published (I didn't cry and Saving Lucidity), but after several listens, I have to say that this song has something, but not the intant "Wow!" I had with the other singles...

I Haven't commented on the previous song yet, but I will, after this review: I really like this one much more that the previous one, The Way I Am. It is a very strong song with moment of beauty and power. The song is more "accessible" than the previous one: this song doesn't try to be "as progressive as possible", which is what bothers me in the song The Way I Am. To me, this new song, Saving Lucidiy, is a great follow-up single for I Didn't Cry (better than The Way I Am was).
Yes, I still like the girl's voice, a lot!

This is really good heavy metal! Great riffs, tasty solo's that give added value the songs, vocals that sometimes remind me of early Hetfield and brilliant production!

Allow my to make abstraction of the vocals: I am not a big fan of grunts only (with a few exceptions like Angela Gossow's vocals in Arch Enemy and Anders Friden of In Flames). But the compositions are really great! I just don't understand why such a cool album only gets 869 listens in 7 months time!

I chose to listen to this album based on the tags of it: Gothic & Metal. It is not because you apply a bit of distortion to your guitar, that you have a metal song, or even a metal album.
To me this was such a disapointment. Maybe others like this music, but I certainly didn't. I usually don't give bad notes (if I don't like something, I don't comment it), but this is just not right: correct your tags plse. Or make a real gothic metal album...

Even without hearing the vocals, the riffing was so catchy! This tastes like more! The vocals give it a surrealistic twist.
Longed for fusion: longing for more of this!

Just listened and downloaded the predecessor: Tyrannical. And I have to say: this album takes it a step further. Excellent catchy riffs, leads where they add to the completeness of the song: I love the harmonies!
More of this! Yes please!
To use a dutch expression: "Vetgeil!" (it's up to you to look it up in a dictionary :-))
