These blokes are freakin' awesome with their atmospheric ass-kickin' "70's" (?) rock. Fantastic fretwork and heavyweight vocals.. a delight all thru........
You know those moments..the ones at a restaurant and you have just finished a good meal and are sitting opposite the one you wish to be with wine in hand.. and the mellow band plays.. all seems content in the world. This is one of those moments.
These two are "phonky" gems,in fact I have found all Cereales' music consistently listenable, skillfully produced and bloody enjoyable.
This could really have been such an exceptional album for "Dreadd's" guitar work is sublimely beautiful... calming, simple & soulful. The work could do without the eccentricities that are "Chaplain/Bellovaques/Wilson/Zagros/Hybla/Rostok". Loved it anyway.
It’s almost impossible to talk about Pasión Sintética without your feet starting to tap for this is smooth, slick, likeable reggae/ska that just begs for a summer day and the clink of glasses and the chatter of friends and family. The whole thing contains some right juicy sax and bouncy life-loving vocals.Great !!
