The sevillano was going along fine with the guitar but then a drum beat that completely missed the beat took the tune into left field. The rapping pushed it even farther out.
It's not produced very well. But if there's something to be salvaged from this, I'd say, stick with the guitar, the clapping (a sevillano must have) and your ballad friendly voice rather than branch out with the drum machine.
I liked the French version even better than the English version even though I couldn't understand it.
I liked the stronger consonant stops on the lyrics in the french which I thought were too weak in the English but only perhaps due to the accent in English. In the French version, the vocals sound a bit more confident and assertive as opposed to more sentimental in the English.
