Opalescence [single version]

Forgive me as I sidetrack a little here.
I am an avid music fan, and have been since I was seven. Jamendo is my third home away from home. with work being 1st and Last.FM being 2nd.

I have ran into countless artists ,that either the band uses syncopation ,or the tone of the guitar or the number of beats per minute or the vocals sound similar or something . And I have ran into a thousand times more shouts ,claiming the artist is a cheap substitute for Tool or that they sound just like Tool or that they ripped off all of Tools Ideas . And quite frankly ,I am sick of it.

Tool is every bit a mental band or thinking mans band or Intelligent music.
You need brains to hear what they are saying for real.
Which leaves me questioning where everybody's brains go ... when leaving a shout at an LFM shoutbox ,or leaving a review here at jamendo.

People never seem to be able to let go of the fact that there are plenty of bands out there that have they're own identity. Such as Psychocean.
I hear nothing Toolish ,Just some damn good music . And I think it's time that people start giving credit where credit is due.
Instead of always going for the easy out Why not let a band gain kudos by not telling everybody that they sound like someone else ?

I love this music. The vocals are really good and fit this song perfectly.
The drum work is interesting and work well . And the guitar work and effects Awesome .
Interesting artwork , Though with music this good a plain brown wrapper would suffice for me .
This is the first song I have listened to by this band and am listening to it for the 4th time in a row . I don't do that ever ! I rarely listen to a track 2 times in a row . So Kudos for making such an awesome tune .I hope you can gain success without the damn Tool cloud over your heads.

Guys, you cannot deny that this track sounds really much like Tool. No problem at all: it is a great song. What's more: you prove that a long song isn't synonym for boring. No 3 minute happy radio tune, but something with a story to tell.
