The Millionaire Blonde is an all Italian female music group, formed with members from Milan / Bologna / and Rome (cities where they currently live and operate) in February 2009. Since July 2009 their video from their debut single "Se ne va" is being broadcasted by All Music channel on the "All Night RMX" and "All Music Loves Italy" shows.
Maria Beatrice Alonzi(Maria Beatrice) after being teen marketing manager for a recording project during the initial phase, understands that there is a gap in the Italian music scene for a new girl band with a unique criteria in the records industry and publishing companies. She then contact Karma Natali (Karma), Lucia Puricelli (Lula), both of whom are already music professional in different rock genres and Maria Chiara Maucci (Cips), who's a DJ and producer of electro music in Rome.
The Millionaire Blonde band is characterised mainly by a dualistic and dichotomous image. Although their style is pop/commercial, and so is their image, the Millionaire Blonde licenses and distributes their music freely (under Creative Commons) thus being the only Italian group to have a slot allocated for their video in the national television schedule, which was released only in digital, not registered in "Siae" (PRS) without cooperating with any record company whatsoever.
Another peculiarity is that the band members do not live in the same city but they still manage to work together far apart in their three cities.
Le Millionaire Blonde sono una band di adorabili contrasti, la loro cantante ha il viso di una bambola di porcellana e il colore della voce di cioccolato. Le loro sonorità sono elettro-pop come quelle di Lady Gaga ma la loro carica è seducente come quella delle Pussycat Dolls. Il Glamour del loro stile è chic e ricercato come quello di una puntata di Gossip Girl. Le Millionaire Blonde riescono a trarre ispirazione dall'America scura degli anni '60 e, contemporaneamente, essere attuali come l'ultima copertina di Vogue. Se la fiera delle vanita’ avesse un salotto, quello sarebbe il loro, se un colore si addicesse ad una band come questa, sarebbe l'oro: il colore della loro musica, dei loro capelli e del loro destino. Millionaire Blonde e’ il loro nome, innegabile il loro stile, un'esplosione la loro musica.
