The Golden Dawn, formed back in 1997 with 4 friends. A duo of Nick Gent and Ben Skultety. They formed their name from jamming to see in the dawn, this vibe was the creative focus for their music.

The Golden Dawn were experimenting with vibrations and entering into the world of plant driven shamanistic thought with a emphasis on mother nature. This outlook youll see/hear in their music and is central to their beleifs. The main inspirations of their sound are based in folk, blues,jazz, tribal and indian music. The Golden Dawn spent many months playing high up in the Himalayas relaxing and enjoying the nature, and many of the songs that will be heard on their debut release ( coming soon by next year 2010) were written there. So the demo here '' Changes In Mind'' was recorded over 2 years origionally meant for major label interest, untill it was decided that Jamendo would/should be a better outlet for their sounds.
