A proposito di questo album
The Dreamer's Paradox is the second album by JT Bruce. It shows a strong maturation and development of the style and tone achieved by Anomalous Material, resulting in increased production quality, compositional strength, and diversity. Fans of Anomalous Material will undoubtedly enjoy this release, but the album's depth and scope will also appeal to a much wider audience of varying musical tastes. Backing vocals are featured in one track and spoken words in another.
Being a concept album, the Dreamer's Paradox prominently features recurring musical themes, acting as characters in a musical drama. The evolving and subtle themes interact with one another and are revisited throughout the album's length, creating the progress and mood akin to the telling of a story.
The albums total running time is 74 minutes 22 seconds.

Several weeks back I downloaded the newest album of one of my favorite bands. I was quite disappointed: the sound was so commercialized, nothing like their earlier works. Hardly worthy of the tag metal, listening to this new album made me doubt the creative future of the genre. But then...I stumbled upon this The Dreamer's Paradox...and I've listen to nothing else but it. I'm in love with metal again! The creativity of this artist is staggering. Thank you for this fresh breath of air.
c'est de la bombe

j'aime pas beaucoup le métal tel qui soit en général mais alors la je suis accro surtout le morceau intitulé plunge into hyperreality. c'est que du bonheur.
I must have looked for days trying to find the progressive sound I was looking for. When I stumbled across JT Bruce, I couldn't stop listening. Completely blown away with the music! Excellent job! Looking forward to more!!

Yes! This is just what copyleft music needs! Good quality stuff, beautifully recorded and played! Congratulations!!
This record is simply strange. I have always considered power or progressive metal with its expanded guitar-solos and specific mythology that supposed to be fearful (but it’s not) extremely funny, and I would think the same about Bruce’s pieces. The production of the album is almost professional and the guitar riffs and compositions are technically dexterous but still I am not convinced to such music.
A Skeptic’s Hypothesis has nice strings at the beginning, but it’s lost in the wall of nosie afterwards. Hypnic Jerk sounded as a nice sample-cuts piece, but t lass a half longer it should (10 minutes!) plus the story is ridiculous.
Regardless of these all disadvantages, it’s still 4 because the record is good in its kind, I just think that this whole kind of music is slightly pointless. However, you must remember that it’s just my humble opinion.

Eines der besten Alben bei Jamendo. Sound und Gitarren sehr überzeugend. Wann und wo spielt ihr live?
