Pretty Little Empire - Sweet Sweet Hands

This is one of Jamendo's top albums in my ears.

If you like independent music, calm music or alternative stuff just download and try it out! It is mostly very calm and sometimes awesome beautiful music.

In my view it is totally underrated by commercial music magazines so far.

What a great album! postrock from Hungary! :) Remembers me at other great postrock bands... but on its own feet. Highly recommende to listen!

The whole album is very calm and soft trying to develop some kind of beauty. - While I personally won't listen to this very soft and dreamy music I recommend the track
"Any Time I Please"
to anyone! It has hit attributes with its driving rhythm. A big favorite to me!

There are also nice instrumental pieces on this album. - So: Hard to rate the whole album. Try it yourself! :)

Good album

Balkanbräz brings nice brass music/klezmer to Jamendo. The album from Berlin is well made. Several tracks are instrumental. The singer sings in german/(fake)yiddish, the lyrics are ironical and full of weltschmerz and fun. The main instrument is often a clarinet. Sounds and dub elements build an urban sound. Who ever expects fast brass tracks will also find several more intimate pieces in oriental style. - Recommended to try out!
