To Loins of the White Dragon- didn't catch my heart, nor soul. Good, but a bit too calm. However, I appreciate the positive sound of this song.
I liked "Desert of colors" for it has this epic feeling, but only on beginning. Later on, tension is being lost, expecially when xylophone starts playing. In my opinion, from this moment song is ruined.
The Rebellion of the Machines- nice effect of mixing silenced guitars, echo and 'fronted' percussion.
Always Ahead is... just... A song. Instrumental one. Performed on guitar. There's not really anything else to say about it. not bad, but I just don't give- lamest of this album (but still- easy to listen, and has very nice feeling)
Not bad, but when I think of electric guitars, I expect long, painful riffs straight from hell. My music taste. My mistake. Faving this album- not mistake at all.
PS. To whoever called some of those songs "fret-shredding": YOU FRIGGIN WIMP! (no offense meant, but you just don't know anything about fret-shredding)
