this is a one-man project by myself...i've been playing guitar for around 4 or 5 years now and i have an appreciation for all styles of music, though i prefer to focus on heavy metal and its multitude of sub-genres...when you listen to my songs, you can expect to hear lots of layering and melodicism in addition to heaviness, but i try to distance myself from the sounds of most metal/core bands today as much as i can while remaining accessible...i also believe in free music, so go ahead and take all of mine that you want and enjoy it...just let me know if you're going to use it for something
just to clear up some confusion, these songs WERE written with vocals in mind...many reviews have said that it is too boring and monotonous to sit through, and i understand that, but i'm not jt bruce...i don't write stuff that isn't intended for a full band...i list my albums as instrumental because, technically, they ARE when they don't have any vocals...however, a fellow jamendo artist has offered up his talents and has started working on vocal tracks for these and other songs, so you may see a new version of this EP in the future...until then, keep in mind what these tracks were written for, and that they in no way reflect finished versions of songs
