This is a just plain quality album. Thank you for giving it such a liberal license!
I love this album. It is both funky and moving. I think it has a few too many traditional elements to deserve a 10, but it is none the less very quality.
I kept thinking it had repeated for some reason. But it was a good album. Very satisfying to listen to, though sometimes I felt that the words clashed with the melody, or even with themselves. I don't speak German, but in one song for example, the singing went to a crying melody from a folk melody and this was abrupt. It drew my attention away from my work.
This album is good. It has good grammar. Good ideas. It's kind of like a middle school essay that would get an A. It does everything right, but it doesn't go out on any limbs. It doesn't have terribly original chords. The base beat in the first track is a bit to loud. It's just a bit to average, normal, bla. Listening to it for the first time I feel like I've listened to it before...
