The Schubertians, led by the incomparable Professor Carl Zytokwski, are a mens's chamber chorus focusing primarily on the songs of the 19th century German composer, Franz Schubert. This collection is taken from a live recording in Sandwich, England, June 1979. This was the year I had the great privilege and blessing of being a member of this wonderful chorus. Professor Zytowski has brought many tour groups to England and other countries over the decades of his tenure at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Our tour of England remains one of the great highlights of my life. On track 1, I accompany the group on classical guitar, and on all the other tracks, I am one of the singers. On track 2, it is my voice reading the translation for Wien Und Liebe. I apologize for any mis-spellings with the German titles. I took my best shot.
