Now this album shines bright...full of awesome gems with incredibly versatile sweeping guitar play and wonderful classic-rock vocals. This really is a an album off the top shelf and one that shows Magnolia have enough potential to conquer the Universe of Rock.A1 stuff..First Class..crème de la crème.....Talento en abundancia!
An album chock full of tasty grooves and great "Robin Trower" guitar work. The band is also vocally superior to most in the genre due
to Cochiblues' smoky haunted voice. This is a consistent piece of brilliance, the songs being brim full of professional slickness. An album the artists can be proud of containing classic rock elements and unique individuality. Highly recommended.
This is my cup of tea, guys. Love this kind of old-school-funky-fusion-stuff. Everyone of the instrumentalists plays pefectly, but I´d like to mention the bassplay specificly. To find good & extraordinary bassplayers is hard and I´m glad having found one here.
The bass is pretty prominent represented in the mix, but not dominant. Perfect!!!! As the entire production.
Seems that something went wrong on track #5.
From 3´55 to 6´15 there´s a silent break. Then it continues with another track. Totalling the track is lasting 10´39 min.
#8 & #9 remind me a bit to an old Billy-Cobham track in the beginning. Nice lounge.
The singer is pretty solid and expressive as well as the guitar is perfectly played.
