This album is an album of movement: in other words, it gets going and it takes you with it. The tracks here are uptempo though they start subtly and then the ambient gaps are filled in with beats and other electronic sounds. There are points in each track when the listener feels as if they are in the middle of a chase scene from any of "The Matrix" Movie Trilogy. I highly recommend these tracks for anyone who is training for endurance athletic events. The music will get you into and through the workout and you will push faster and harder than in silence. I certainly listen to this as I run.
