Asha Lightbearer is a native New England singer-songwriter who has been writing and publicly performing her original music since the ripe old age of seven. In her early 20’s, she was acknowledged for outstanding big band vocals at The Elmhurst Jazz Festival. In her 30’s she sung for the French Consulate, The French Ballet and the Braves. And in 2012, her song Love Knows the Way (from her debut album, Move Ahead) received an honorable mention at the 8th annual Posi-Music Awards in Orlando, FL. Today, Asha continues to write and record as much as possible, with three new acoustic releases since August 2016 and more planned for later this year. But her most heartfelt accomplishment is the November 2016 release of her music video, Fiona, the flagship song for The Fiona Project, a music campaign dedicated to spreading child sexual abuse awareness and prevention tips, and fundraising for CSA prevention and survivor support programs.

I can't get enough of this album. "Love Knows the Way" doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves and "The Coming" has a hauntingly sweet melody that gives me goosebumps.
How come I never heard of this until now? This needs to be on the radio. It's really GOOD music, in every sense of that word.
